Roadmap
Symbolon runs on the Elysium testnet today. Mainnet Rites depend on Elysium mainnet and the HyperCore deposit-wallet factory, and the contract Seat is an open research item, not a promise.
Now: testnet
Live on the Elysium testnet, chain ID 99801:
- Pots, pledges, bounties, the First Crossing escrow.
- Officiant bonds, the Rite console, the demo Officiant bot.
- The seven verification checks, settlement, refunds, slashing.
- Simulated HyperCore contracts that reproduce Hyperliquid's rules.
Next: mainnet Rites
Mainnet Rites become possible once two things are live:
- Elysium mainnet. The Elysium documentation describes it as pre-launch, with specifications that may change before mainnet.
- The HyperCore deposit-wallet factory. The Elysium guide states that the deposit-wallet contracts are pre-launch and that the factory address will be published at launch.
On mainnet the simulated contracts are replaced by reads of the real HyperCore state, and the real auction. The protocol's own contracts would be deployed fresh, with parameters for mainnet. Bonds are planned in $SYMB, which is not launched.
No date is set.
Research: the contract Seat
This item is planned, not live.
Today the Officiant's key signs the ceremony and becomes the deployer of record. The three locks leave it with no power over value, but the deployer is still a person's key.
The open question
Does Hyperliquid accept that a contract signs the issuer ceremony through an approved agent?
If the answer is yes
- The deployer of every listed token would be a single contract, not an Officiant's key.
- The deployer fee share would first repay sponsors, up to 1.5 times their pledge.
- Once sponsors are repaid, the fee share would drop to 0%.
If the answer is no
The current design stands: the Officiant signs, and the three locks empty the seat at the end of each Rite.
This is a research item. Its outcome depends on Hyperliquid's rules, which Symbolon does not control.
