An Officiant posts a bond, claims the eligible Rite and advances the ticker price with its own HYPE.

It runs the six steps on HyperCore. If every check passes, the Pot repays it the price plus 3%.

If the Rite is abandoned or non-compliant, it is not repaid and loses its bond.
